In Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, Korea is the baseball's champion, and Japan is the softball's champion. All of these are indicate that the baseball and softball game have favorable developmental basis in Asia. It is well-known that one game's development and popularization unable to depart from the common people's participation. One of the best methods to develop the baseball and softball is popularized at school. The colleges and universities' condition and source afford shortcut for baseball and softball's development and popularization. By using the method of literature, questionnaire, interview, field survey and mathematics statistics, through analyzed the baseball and softball's developmental course, especially in our country's colleges and universities, this thesis found the mostly problems which influence the baseball and softball's development in our colleges and universities. At the same time, this thesis put forward to one customized mode which adapt to the baseball and softball develop in our colleges and universities. Based on it, the thesis discussed and analyzed the "multi-school running jointly" mode which could advance the baseball and softball development in colleges and universities. The mostly study results are follows:1. At the present, the baseball and softball have very well trend and foreground in colleges and universities, and the competing policy and system are improved step by step, but there still have some problems. For example, develop discontinuity and developmental difference greatly. In order to change the status quo, we should known the special connotation which featured by the baseball and softball develop in our colleges and universities, and extrude the game's playfulness and universal ness, so that we could advance the game's development.2. Because of the baseball and softball game's specialty, they are adapting to develop in colleges and universities. Besides, they are in favor of the colleges and universities international communication. At the same time, the economics development, material condition promotion and the country educational system ideology reformation, all of these cleared the drawback for the baseball and softball game's development in colleges and universities.3. We should integrate the colleges, colleges'baseball and softball association, colleges'baseball and softball agent team, professional athletes and the college P.E. teacher for the baseball and softball to develop. Wherein, the colleges P.E. Teacher act the coach and tutor in the item, and they are playing an important part role in the baseball and softball's popularization.4. Our country's baseball and softball's developmental direction is to combine colleges and professional baseball and softball game. Based on it, this thesis put forward the "multi-school running jointly" mode, which means symmetric numeral colleges combine with professional agent team to collaborate and communicate, so that formed the highly competing situation among different areas.
