University entrance examination in China, which commonly known as the College Entrance Examination, is the criteria of entering and selecting University. College examination as a connecting bridge between high school and university, which is of great significance for the quality of education in institutions of higher education and personnel training, for the improvement of citizen's quality, the development of economic and enhancement of comprehensive national strength. The United States is one of the most powerful countries, it owns the world's most advanced science and technology and economic strength, which can not be separated from the development of the higher education. How does it select talent by SAT that similar to China College Entrance Examination and create a first-class higher education of United States? We have to consider it.We all know that the Math is very important in the College Entrance Examination both in China and the United States. The comparative study of the College Entrance Examination system between China and the United States, particularly in math, will give us a lot of inspiration, which will be useful for the reform of the education system of China, as well as the implements of the system reform of College Entrance Examination.The full text is composed of six parts, the first part focuses on the research questions, the research ideas and the research methods. The second part firstly give a whole introduction of the College Entrance Examination of China and the United States, including the emergence, development, reform of SAT and the examination time of the SAT , the inception ways of United States and the relation of teaching and learning. The third part comparative studies the math papers of SAT and China, from the aspects of the proposition principle, examination requirements, scopes and questions structure. The fourth is taking the propositional approach and contents for example, to analysis the differences of College Entrance Examination between China and the United States. The fifth, by contrast to the previous analysis, summarized the SAT test have focused on the actual background, test students' ability, information technology, creating an open, as well as, for example, evidence to the contrary, questions and pay attention to the infiltration of modern mathematical knowledge, the six characteristics of the SAT are formed by the historical and cultural traditions, sense of individualism and pragmatism determined by education. The last part, through the examination of the characteristics of the United States, reflects the characteristics of educational philosophy, combined with China's College Entrance Examination problems and its disadvantages to explore the future trends and direction of reform; it gives enlightenment to the Chinese college entrance math test preparation, math teaching methods as well as Chinese Math educational philosophy.
