Quality-oriented Education advocates the theory "People Foremost".It means that when pursuing the all-round development of the students,also should emphasize on teaching the students in efficient and flexible methods according to their own ability,so as to make the students of different kinds get development,cultivate them to have comprehensive capabilities,and advance their comprehensive makings.The research, "Developing the Potential Students with the Help of the Counselors" is an effective form to advance the development of different potential students.Based on the research of the causes and classes of potential students,propose to set the patterns "Counselors Helping" and "Classmates Helping",in order to make the potential students get great development. This thesis is illuminated the meaning of the research" Developing the Potential Students with the Help of Counselors".It is illuminated in the aspects of the development of school,teachers,and students per se.and defined the concept of "Tutorial System",Also the thesis made it clear that "Tutorial System" is different from other ways to develop the potential students.This learning-helped system needs to be experienced 3 phases.Those are "Counselors Helping Towards "Slow","Medium-level",and "All" Potential Students".Based on these three phases,analyze the ways to develop the potential students and focus on researching the following 4 types:"The Potential Students with Family problem.,with Different Capability of Learning,with Mental Deviation,with Negative Thinking towards Learning".At the same time,propose the thinking about the problems existed in the following aspects:the quality level of the counselors' teaching,the process of counselors' management in counseling the students,building the interhelping groups, the judge towards the development of the potential students.In the meanwhile proposing the thinking,also analyze the effects got from the research.Those are the teachers' change of educational viewpoint,enhancing the teachers' professional development and the amelioration of the relationship between the teachers and students.Propose the strategies to perfect the Tutorial System".The strategy is based on the creative education theory,mainly on the teachers and students.As for school aspect,mainly lead all the teachers to change the educational viewpoint,make an atmosphere that is good for the developing confidently of the potential students.As for counselors,create an good environment that does good to the students when working together,also focus on cultivating the students' ability and get growing.There are four chapters in this thesis.Chapterâ… is about general description of the whole thesis.It is about the background of the topic and the meaning of researching it; Chapterâ…¡is about the practical work on "Developing the Potential Students with the Help of Counselors".It is described the specific measures about fostering the potential students.Chapterâ…¢is about the problems of the "Tutorial System" and the effect of it.Chapterâ…£is about the thinking and strategies for perfecting the "Tutorial System" It is expounded the specific measures and strategies towards the school and the teachers.
