Research On The Social Support System Of The Urban Family Endowment

The subject of this dissertation is the social support system of the urban family endowment.Effectively,if the problems of the aging of population can be solved,which will promot the urbanized development.We need take the eldly's demands as the guidance, take the resources of the formal support system and the informal system as the support, construct the multi-dimensional society support system.The demands of the elderly that based on the retirement content may be divided into three aspects:the economic needs,the life demand,the spirit console.Generally,the outside supplies may be divided into two kinds:the informal support system and the formal support system.The spouse,the children and the elderly themslves provides the mainly informal support system service.The government,the social organization and the community provides the mainly formal support system service.According to content of the elderly emands and the supplies,the author has constructed the elderly demand-supplies model,and the characteristics of family endowment contain the informal system and the informal system.Through the empirical analysis,the urban family endowment of our country has both the family supporting and the social endowment's superiority.But the main body of the urban family endowment also has many deficiencies, which in exist in service for the elderly in the real life.The family is undertaking the serious burden or the pressure in the informal support system.,many actual operation problems exist,as the formal support system is at the exploration stage.According to the system the understanding under the organization evolution theory,we should conform the informal support system and the informal support system.The author has constructed the multi-dimensional support program model,proposed that we should reduce the pressure with the informal support system,and consummat actual operation of the formal support system,then make the multi-dimensional support program have a reasonable,the order movement.According to China's national condition,from now on,the core of the family endowment is the family,and the government,the society,the community and the family solves the elderly's demands together.
