The Study Of Social Work Intervention Social Support System Of Community-based Home Endowment

The increasing trend of the aging population in china accompanied by the rapid population aging and population aging trends. The increasing pressure of endowment becomes a problem that must be solved in today’s society. Community home endowment as a new way because the advantages of low cost, high efficiency, and convenient child care won undivided admiration.However, due to lack of experience, Community home endowment expose various problems in the process of developing, which requires us to seek a more healthy, scientific and professional endowment services for the elderly.This article takes the L community as an example, through the use of interviews and questionnaire survey methods, and acquire the L community elderly pension needs and social support, and through analysis. The author using the evidence-based practice in social work method,which has not been widely used in the academic community, this paper learned from JQL community integration for the old service center of the successful experience in practice.This paper based on the needs of the elderly in L community and the experience of the JQL community integration for the old service center to studies. From the perspective of social work intervention, The author designed the Community home endowment social support system model in L community and assessed the functions of social workers. This paper presents exploration path that social work intervention in the social support system of Community home endowment, and seek a fit point that solve the existing problems and play the role of social workers, actively introducing the power of social work into the development of community home endowment. The study found that the social support for the elderly in the L community is diverse,But the main body are more dispersed and low utilization,It is urgent for the third party as social work to intervene and effectively integrate;Secondly, as a new method, evidence based social work plays an important role in the process of social work intervention, but due to the lack of practical experience, it still needs to be proved in the process of operation.
