As the intrinsic quality of chemistry teachers, chemistry teachers' teaching-efficacy sense is closely related to chemistry teachers' working zeal and teaching effects, which not only influences distinctly the selection and stability of the teaching activities, but also influences the chemistry teachers' attitude to the new curricular reform. Therefore, the research about the chemistry teachers' teaching-efficacy sense are very important to improve chemistry teachers' quality.This study uses the methods of literature and questionnaire synthetically. On base of plentiful material this study investigates high school chemistry teachers in Wuhan with the questionnaire that made by myself. This study finds:(1)The overall chemistry teachers' teaching-efficacy sense is comparatively high. The five dimensions of teaching efficacy including planning and preparation, classroom management, guidance and promotion of learning, exchange and interaction, teaching evaluation are in high level. But the efficacy of education cognition is in low level.(2)The chemistry teachers' teaching-efficacy sense have significance difference in gender, seniority and title. The teaching evaluation of female teachers are significantly higher than male teachers; The three dimensions of teaching-efficacy sense including planning and preparation, classroom management, guidance and promotion of learning tend to increase with their length of time for teaching, but the efficacy of education of education cogntion decreases with it.(3)The chemistry teachers' teaching-efficacy sense have no significant differences in education and school.(4)There is a significant positive correlation between professional attitude and teaching-efficacy sense dimensions of high school chemistry teachers. Professional attitude play a significant role in forecasting chemistry teachers' teaching-efficacy sense.On base of investigation and analysis this study gives suggestions to improve chemistry teachers' teaching-efficacy sense from three respects including chemistry teachers, school management and teacher education. We hope it can help to advance chemistry teachers' teaching-efficacy sense.
