The purpose of the present research is to explore the level of work stress coaching efficacy and team performance.This research studies one hundred and eighty four coaches as the subject in universities and colleges in Hubei province.In order to check the level of the coaches' coaching efficacy work stress and team performance,and the relationship between the triple,the questionnaire of coaching efficacy,work stress and team performance are used to check the triple variables.Statistical tool of SPSS11.0 is adapted to analyses the investigation results by ANOVA,correlation and regression.The main results are as follows:1.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire is good.2.The ANOVA shows that the variables that influent coaching efficacy significantly are at follows:educational background and sports;However marriage,title, sex,post character,age and the year of training have no significant influence on the total coaching efficacy.3.The work stress has negative effects on coaching efficacy.4.There is close relationship among the coaching efficacy,work stress and team performance;Character building efficacy and administration stress have positive predictive effects on team performance;Development stress has negative effects on team performance.
