It has been 33 years to establish the high-level sports teams in colleges and universities of China since the State Education Commission released the document “Notice on Trial Recruitment of High-level Athletes on a Trial in Ordinary Colleges” in 1987 and for the first time established 51 general colleges and universities to recruit high-level athletes across the country.Generally speaking,the effect of the combination of sports and education in colleges and universities is barely satisfactory,where have not yet become the mainstream for the cultivation of sports talents in China.Under these circumstances,the Ministry of Education issued the document “Implementation Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further Strengthening the Construction of High-level Sports Teams in Ordinary Colleges and Universities”in 2017.The document states “Proactively carry out sports training to improve the scientific level.Handle the conflicts between studies and training properly,improve the academic level of student-athletes.Strengthen the construction of coach teams and improve their tutorial levels.” Improving the coaching level of coaches plays a vital role in laying a solid foundation for the development of high-level athletes.With the strong support for the development of the sports cause from the country,it is particularly important to develop the reserve force of outstanding sports talents and reach a sustainable development of sports.Cultivating the high-level coaches is a key factor in the cultivation of high-quality sports talents.Thus,the coach with outstanding coaching ability is a significant part to improve the quality of the high-level sports team.Based on searching a large number of literatures and consulting the related experts,this article mainly used questionnaire methods,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,This paper investigates the current situation of coaching ability of coaches of some high-level sports teams,etc to establish a complete coaching ability evaluation system about the high-level taekwondo sports team in national college and university.The main process includes.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The elements of the teaching ability for high-level taekwondo coaches in ordinary colleges and universities are interdependent and closely related.Among them,the commanding ability during the competition is an important factor that affects the athletes’ competition results.The competition result is themost direct reflection of the ability of teaching and training.The coach’s experience is the source of the coaching skills.The scientific research ability is the basic of training and competition commanding ability.The interpersonal communication skills are the guarantee for the smooth operation of the team.(2)Taekwondo coaches from high-level sports teams in ordinary colleges and universities have a relatively high level of education background,who have the certain professional background,and were second grade athletes or above.There are 86% coaches with taekwondo referee Certificate.The age distribution of them is relatively concentrated,and the lack of young coaches is needed to ensure the sustainable development of the program;(3)In the self-assessment of 13 coaches from high-level sports teams in ordinary colleges and universities,the score of the training ability is the highest.At the same time,the athletes also agree with this,but they lack the scientific research ability.Among all the indexes,the coaches obtained the highest score in explaining and demonstrating ability,while the lower scores were acquired in the ability to access the scientific research information,collect and read the foreign language materials,and the Internet technology application.(4)Among the second-level indexes for the coaches,the athletes have the highest scores in command ability and the lowest scores in scientific research ability.Among all the second-level elements,the highest score is the establishment of a good team style,while the lowest score is the computer graphics and data processing ability.At the same time,for the coaches,the ability of interact with the media and coordinate the academic learning and training of athletes must be strengthened..
