The rural education is the key to can'y out the policy of science and education to rejuvenate the nation and to improve the health of the people.At the present time,there are three forms of education in the rural education in China,Which mainly covers basic,vocational and adult education.Decision on Further Strengthening Rural Education of the State Council,it Just for the record"carrying out basic,vocational and adult education,which are called "the integration of three kinds of education",integrating educational resources efficiently and giving full play to the comprehensive function of the rural school,to improve economic performance of running a school."The integration of three kinds of education"is a kind of management and operation model put forward in the middle and late 1980s with the aim to adapt to comprehensive innovation of rural education,It refers to the integration,fluent link,cooperation and communication among rural basic education,vocational education and adult education,which can help to form joint efforts by making overall plans and take all factors into consideration and well arrangements."The integration of three kinds of education" comes out with the modernization of villages in China,the ceaseless development and optimization of it makes important sense for the optimization of rural education structures and the fulfillment of its whole function.As practice shows,the implementation of "The integration of three kinds of education"In villages is an effective way to develop rural education and push forward education to serve the social economic service.Since the 1980s,GuiYang city has done a lot of explorations practices on ""The integration of three kinds of education" and gained some achievements, it enhanced the quality of rural education and boost the development of "The integration of three kinds of education"to some extent.However,because of the severe lack of fund and guiding ideology,there are still many questions to be solved,which are:Imbalanced——rural basic education develops well while vocational education and adult education relatively doesn't.Unstable the falling trend of rural vocational education and adult education is evident;out of line---inconsitent with social economical development.In order to settle these problems,we must fulfill the leading role of primary and middle schools in villages;we must accomplish the facilities of schools and enlarge the scale of schools;each rank of government and relevant departments should collect funds from various sources to ensure the input of rural education fund;we should develop the creative model of running a school.actively and explore and establish the new talents nurture model to give impetus to the belign development of "the integration of three kinds of education" In GuiYangoUnder the basis of discussing relevant theory of "the integration of three kinds of education" In rural education and experiences of "the integration of three kinds of education" In China and other coutries,the text put forward some constructive suggestions and ideas for reference to the educatioal administrative department,education and research department and school authorities to further optimize "the integration of three kinds of education"In rural education of GuiYang by doing:research in GuiYang's rural education,knowing the current status of "the integration of three kinds of education"and analyzing it reasonably,which includes the concepts and models and measures and achevements that has been made and shortcomings.
