Since the College Expansion beginning, higher education in China has maintained a rapid growth momentum, and provided more education opportunities for individuals. At the same time, the advantages of higher education gains more and more obvious as the labor market improved, and the interests of promoting led to the individuals'Enthusiasm to accepted higher education and pay for it. Now ,accepted higher education has become just like a investment. As an investment activity, higher education investment also has the risk with its higher earnings, and the current economic situation has been growing the higher education investment risk of the educated. Thus, researching on investment risks of the educated in higher education, have a greater practical significance.Educated investment in higher education is a special kind of intellectual investment, so the analysis and interpretation of the investment risk can not be completely analytical the methods of the industrial investment, and should be researched combining with the specificity of the higher education and its investment propertiesThe paper is based on relevant theory, and combined with the special properties of higher education to analysis the characteristics,type and performance of the higher education investment risk of the educated. By analysis the current risk source and causes, the paper probe the formation mechanism of the higher education investment risk of he educated. Measuring the higher education investment risk, the paper describes how to use the variance to measure the higher education investment risk and acts it. At the same time, the paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the current severity of the risk. Finally, the paper make preventive measures from three different levels of risk-related to prevent the higher education investment risk of the educated.
