Aerobics teaching possesses many particular characteristics, such as rich content, various forms, easily reaching the goal according to different targets, maitaining a certain degree of exercise load, and music and motions constantly changing to become a union. All of these evidently make aerobics teaching distinguish from other sports in terms of teaching forms, tasks and methods.The dissertation applys holistic education thought and classification of teacing method that Mrs ? g ? Babanski brought forward to aerobics class teaching, and analyses the effect of its main teaching method functions and three stages of formation of exercise skill from transverse and lognitudinal dimensions. The purpose of the thesis is to acquire model table about optimization combination of aerobic teaching as adapting certain stage so as to provide reference for enhance of quality of aerobic class teaching.The utilization of teaching method has the feature of relativity. One teaching meathod is adopted against another, or it is relative effect against other methods in different stages of formation of moto skill. Only if we analyse and compare features of various teaching methods and dynamic motion while using, we are able to get class teaching optimization.The conclusions are as follows:1.Teaching meathods have a trail of unity as opposing to teaching goals, tasks and content. Special attention need to be paid to teaching goals, tasks, and content, when we select some kind of teaching methods. In addition, the preparation of students before studying and the age and psychological state of students constitute other important factors that influence which teaching methods we choose.2.Teaching method includes three main categories: activity of perception according to orgnization and implementation of study; inspiration of study and formation of learning motivation; examination and self-examination in teaching practice. On the basis of importance of above three main kinds of teaching methods in nine major teaching tasks we select and use teaching methods.3.According to the different features of three stages(generalization, differentiation, consolidation and enhancement) that moto skill is forned, we choose teaching methods to fulfil teaching activities.
