Aerobics,as an elegant sports has a great influence in the world.Aerobics exercise with physical fitness,entertainment,health,ornamental degree is high,influence big,easy to carry out etc.In recent years,aerobics sports loved by the people in our country,high popularity,and integrated into the daily life.The current higher vocational colleges and universities sports teaching demands the deepening reform,optimizing,cultivating the students to form good habit of lifelong sports.Currently,aerobics courses in many higher vocational colleges,the survey found that there are some problems in higher vocational colleges and universities aerobics teaching,in order to make aerobics in the higher vocational college education can be optimized development,in this paper,the guangzhou part of the survey of calisthenics teaching in higher vocational colleges,based on the statistical analysis of the data obtained in order to understand the status quo of calisthenics teaching in higher vocational colleges,in guangzhou from investigation of teachers and student's situation,activities,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching material usage,such as facilities for in-depth analysis,through the research on current situation of aerobics teaching,and put forward the corresponding countermeasure,tries to explore optimization the feasible methods to the healthy development of the aerobics course in higher vocational colleges,in order to improve the teaching quality of aerobics teaching in higher vocational colleges,cultivate a high level,high quality,have physical and mental health of qualified graduates,but also cultivate a group of professional aerobics teacher to provide information for reference.This article USES the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and comparative analysis method,19 teachers and 856 students conducted a questionnaire survey,scientific research and analyzes the 10 representative of calisthenics teaching in higher vocational colleges,the following research conclusions:1,the aerobics course in higher vocational colleges in guangzhou gradually developed,but also lack of mature part temporarily no plan of calisthenics courses in higher vocational colleges,relative to other sports have obvious difference,there must be the development of space.Schools an aerobics class hours each are not identical,it is difficult to meet the needs of students,and the arrangement of the theory and practice class is different also,course scheduling is relatively small,it is difficult to completes the syllabus,teaching objectives and tasks.2,in terms of the structure of teachers,only a minority of guangzhou vocational college teachers colleges and universities to meet the needs of their school aerobics teaching,most of the higher vocational colleges can't meet the demand for the teaching,the general performance in terms of teachers' age,the teachers troop young,highly educated and high titles of fewer teachers proportion,aerobics teachers'scientific research business polarization.3,from the point of student's basic situation,student gender imbalance,students' interest in learning calisthenics is higher,learning motivation,attitude,but less class hour's class is more,more,less space,student aerobics basic uneven is the main reason for the higher vocational colleges and universities aerobics teaching effect.4,guangzhou vocational college aerobics basic facilities is perfect,but the site number and site conditions can't meet with the requirements of teaching course class is more,it is difficult for teachers to finish within the prescribed period of time teaching task,seriously restricts the development of the aerobics teaching.5,on the use of teaching material is relatively reasonable,but do not match the version in the teaching material use,each school on the selection of teaching materials to reflect its own characteristics promote the update in the teaching material,to meet the need of teaching reform.
