On Current Status And Application Benefit Of Sports Equipment In Primary And Secondary Schools In Wuhan

The standards of the physical educaiton and health curriculum("New curriculum standards") was promulgated and implemented by the Ministry of Edcuation in 2001. The new curriculum standards pointed out that"stadium, and the equipment is the material assurance to improve the quality-education, the quality of teaching and promote the students'health."The nation has formulated the sports facilities contents for the primary and secondary students, which asks the shcools to improve the sports facilities step by step. However, every school has its conditions, at the same time, the burden of the assessment and other reasons have made the effect is not signficant, which hinder the sports deveopled further. What's more, since"National Fitness Program"and the note of the public sports stadium should open to the masses by the National Sports Comission in 1995, the National Sports Comission and the Ministry of Edcuation had asked the schools to open the sports facilities to the public in some areas, but it is not signficant about the current situation of the sports facilities to the public wholey.Some schools sports facilities to the public in Wuhan in 2006, which opened the prelude of the sports facilities to the public. 54 schools began to open the sports facilities to the public in Hanyang district,Wuhan city,which made the big step. It is significant to consider and study how to improve the effect while facing the more and more the sports facilities to the public.By the research to 30 elementary and secondary schools in Wuhan, this article analyzes the current situation of sports facilities; according to the economic evaluation efficiency theory, this article analyzes the intension of using sports facilities of elementary and secondary schools, and then raises the efficient use quota system and conceptual model, by which analyzes the efficient use of sports facilities in elementary and secondary schools in Wuhan from qualitative angle and come to a conclusion that the service efficiency of sports facilities is low at present. Finally the article give some advices from increasing investment and raising efficiency.
