With the nationwide body-building sports'carrying out, table tennis sport is more widely popularize and improve, the table tennis events at all levels are greatly increased, at the same time the competition rules and the referring ways of table tennis has been changed and modified. This series of change makes the society urgent need a large number of referees who are able to adapt to the development of table tennis sports to engage in the work of the referees. Sports cultivate specialized institutions as, the students appear able to work high or low, the ability to improve the quality of our referees to promote table tennis competitions to further popularize and improve the level of significance. At home and abroad after a search of the literature and found that the current research on this topic is also very little, the paper part of our country in table tennis sports institutions at the national level with special referee referees students qualified for the study, the use of a questionnaire survey of mathematical statistics , expert interviews and other methods, combined with the students the basic situation of the referee and the growth of the magistrate judge students the ability to work to study the status quo. The results showed that:First, the student referees'age focused mainly in the area of 21 to 26 , they have no less than 2 ~ 3 years of professional training period, the English four pass or above 24.2% the proportion of class, but the application and the session low.Second, the school's students appear to attach enough importance to the ability to work, set up table tennis referee fewer curriculums.
