The Study Of The Current Situation Of The College Students Table Tennis Associations In Guangzhou And Its Strategies

As the important carrier of campus culture,college sports associations become one of the important way for students to participate in physical exercise.Table tennis is known as the "national sport" of our country, it not only has proud achievements in competitive sports, but also has certain mass base.University students’ table tennis association as one of the important ways for students to participate table tennis, its promotion is good for students to have a wider range of learning and communication way to attract more students to focus on table tennis, so as to increase table tennis population. This article takes the present situation of Guangzhou university Table Tennis Association as the research object, through its investigation and analysis the present situation and problems to explore its problem existing in the extension of extra-curricular and mutual communication, then put forward countermeasures.The research method of this article main includes the literature material law, the questionnaire survey method, the interview method, the mathematical statistics method and the logical analysis method.The main contents of this article are including: 1.Guangzhou university Table Tennis Association have a well established external organizational structure and registration system, which is the foundation for survival and development of the association,but the propaganda and implementation of its internal rules and regulations is to be improved. 2.The main financial sources of Guangzhou university Table Tennis Association are the membership fees and school funding, the allocation of funds structure is reasonable, but Guangzhou university table tennis association is lack of funds and have a low membership dues and a single form of funding sources and charging manner. 3.Guangzhou university Table Tennis Association’s venue is mainly free provided by school and most schools also assign coaches to association, but the supervision and management of coach’s guidance is not perfect. 4.Maintain contact between association and association, but there is the shortage communication with the Guangzhou City Table Tennis Association, China College Table Tennis Association and other large associations. 5.Guangzhou university Table Tennis Association pay high attention to propaganda, but the way of publicity is still based on traditional, lacking such as network, competition and other new ways of publicity.In the end, this article puts forward some pertinent countermeasures for the problems existing in the association: Increasing the support for Guangzhou university Table Tennis Association; Establishing a periodic training and competition mechanism and strengthening the communication with other Table Tennis Associations; Perfecting the association’s incentive mechanism and encouraging members to actively participate in association activities; Broadening the sources of funds and improving the way of charging; Increasing the sources of association’s coach and improving coach’s guidance effect; Combining with a variety of publicity to build a more perfect publicity system.
