The Result Analysis And Countermeasure Research Of The Throwing Events In Our Country

Throwing events include shot put, discus, javelin and hammer. Competitive sports always go like the saying "Anyone who wins in track and field wins the world." Up to now, track and field has long been known as the main theme of the modern Olympic Games, it is an event that has the most gold medals established in the Olympics, that is, a total of 46 gold medals, and throwing events amount to eight. Throwing events were once the advantage of athletics in China. The men and women javelin, women's shot put all have a glorious history. We have gained two silver and two bronze medals in athletic throwing events in the 24th, 25th, 26th and 28th Olympics. Among which Li Meisu won the bronze medal in shot put in Seoul Olympic Games, and Huang Zhihong, Sui Xinmei respectively won a silver medal in shot put in Barcelona and Atlanta Olympic Games, Zhang Wenxiu won a bronze medal in hammer throw in Beijing Olympic Games. They all have entered the most advanced ranks in the world, and made outstanding contributions to the development of athletics in our country. However, in recent years, we gradually lose our advantage in athletic throwing events, especially in men throwing events which made few achievements in big games at home and abroad. In face of the current situation of throwing events in our country, we must concentrate the existing strength, material and financial resources on the key aspects and problems. We must take the advantage of women's throwing events, and at the same time seek a breakthrough in men's throwing events. Know the enemy and know yourself, and you can fight a hundred battles with no danger of defeat. Only when we have a comprehensive and objective grasp of our development can we see the gap between the world and us so as to find a breakthrough in order to catch up, [1] A scientific analysis of competition results is good for adjusting our position and contributes to making a reasonable training program to avoid blind optimism. A careful analysis of the throwing events is the focus of China's competitive sports development in recent years. How about the changes of results in throwing events in recent years? How long do we have to go in the level of the throwing events between our country and the world? To solve these problems, this paper uses the literature method, comparative method, logical induction method and mathematical statistics method based on referring to a number of relevant information and materials. It censuses the every year's best results and the top three's average results in throwing events of our country from 2000 to 2008, and make an analysis of the developing trend of the individual event from 2000 and the distance between the Olympic results and ours. The results show that the overall result in 2001 has decreased since the 2000 peak. In the following years, the overall results in throwing events have shown a slow increase, and enter a relatively stable stage. In some events the results rise and fall greatly and their developments are unstable. This paper discusses the reasons that influence the development of the throwing event in our country and puts forward measures and also provides basis for the relevant departments to develop relevant policies, laws and regulations.
