| Track and field throwing events have a long history.They are composed of shot put,discus,javelin and hammer.They can best show the beauty of human power in track and field.Since the 1970 s,China’s track and field events have won a total of 74 medals in international competitions,of which 26 have been won by throwing events.Throwing events have achieved dazzling results of two gold and one silver in the“2020 Tokyo Olympic Games”,which shows the absolute advantage of throwing events in China’s track and field events.The residents of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region have strong physique and have trained a large number of excellent throwing athletes.Therefore,throwing events have always been the advantageous track and field events of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.However,in recent years,throwing events in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region have developed slowly,with a lack of reserve talents and low competitive level,and the overall development trend shows a downward trend.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and so on.Taking the training status of throwing reserve talents in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object,this paper investigates and summarizes the current situation and influencing factors of coaches and athletes in 13 competitive sports comprehensive reserve talents bases and3 throwing project bases in 12 League cities,such as basic information,material selection,competition,training,cultural course learning,logistics support and so on,Scientifically and objectively analyze the problems existing in the training and development of reserve talents in throwing events in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and give reasonable suggestionsConclusion:1.At present,the overall development of throwing events in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region lags behind.Discus and shot put athletes perform well,but at present,the reserve talents of the project team are scarce.The javelin team was disbanded in 1996,but it has not been reorganized yet,and the development of javelin project has stagnated.In 1997,the chain team was dissolved and reorganized in 2017,and the overall development of hammer throw in the autonomous region was weak.2.The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has identified 61 sports schools,middle schools and other units as reserve talent bases for competitive sports in the autonomous region.There are 13 comprehensive bases and 48 key project bases.Among them,only 12 bases carry out the training of throwing reserve talents,mainly offering shot put and discus projects.3.Throwing coaches have unbalanced gender ratio,aging age,reasonable educational background and professional title structure,rich sports experience,but less training times per year and weak awareness of scientific research.There is a serious lack of scientific basis for athlete training and athlete selection.The selection pays attention to heredity,but despises the detection of bone age,and the way of selection is single.Lack of reasonable arrangement of athletes’ training load and strong subjective consciousness.4.Throwing athletes are tall and most of them are not only children,but the gender distribution of male and female athletes is uneven and older,and their learning awareness needs to be improved.The extreme lack of competition opportunities and short training years are the main reasons for the low overall competitive level of athletes.5.Logistics support management has strict requirements on the management of athletes’ study and life,but the reward mechanism is backward and the medical facilities are general,which is difficult to meet the needs of athletes’ rehabilitation.6.The main factors affecting the training and development of reserve talents in throwing events are logistics support factors,government and reserve talent base factors,selection difficulties and competition factors.Among them,the lack of attention from the government sports department has resulted in the limited number of athletes participating in the competition every year,the slow development of throwing events and the low degree of specialization of venues and facilities.The reserve talent base pays less attention,which makes it difficult for athletes to coordinate the conflict between learning and training,and lacks the investment in the selection of coaches.Recommendations:1.Change the traditional thinking of provincial training units in recruiting athletes,learn from the experience of shot put and discus throwing events,reorganize the javelin team of the autonomous region,promote the popularization of hammer throw and improve the competitive level of the project.2.Give full play to the “leading effect” to drive the high-quality construction and development of other reserve talent bases.3.Expand the construction of coaches,improve the awareness of scientific training and material selection,and increase the number of training every year.4.Increase the number of female athletes,strictly control the age,“promote training through competition” to train reserve talents,improve the competitive level,and adhere to the principle of learning and training.5.Improve the logistics support mechanism and provide all-round services for the training of reserve talents of throwing events,so that the reserve talents of throwing events,parents and coaches have no worries.6.The government and reserve talent base should pay more attention to throwing events,increase the number of competition applications,increase the investment in professional throwing training facilities,establish a reserve talent resource sharing mechanism in the autonomous region,and expand the selection channels of reserve talents. |
