As the reducing of the school-age children, the increasing of the peasant masses' desire for the high-quality educational resources, and the changing of the basic conditions of our country, we have been starting a new round of rural school adjustment. With the extensive merging of the school, the construction and management of the rural boarding school becomes the focus of the educational circle and related masses.The advantage of rural boarding school is that it's convenient to go to school, the management of school, and the communication between teachers and students. Also, rural boarding school can help pupils improve the self-care abilities. However, many scholars discover that the facilities are not enough, problem of safety is serious, the quantity and quality of teachers is not match the average level that we need, and the boarding school increase the burden of the rural families. Also, long time boarding makes pupils have the psychological problems.Among the criticism of the rural boarding school, people pay most attention on the younger age boarding. Whether is suitable for the little pupils board in school? Whether the boarding school can be instead of family to take care of children and help children develop healthy and totally? Are there any new requirements of the teaching and managing that the boarding demands? How the rural boarding school to improve the abilities of pupils to adapt to the environment of boarding and help the pupils develop better and faster? With these questions, I investigate X county in Y province. I want to show the adaptation situation of boarding pupils objectively, and give some advices and countermeasures suitably, through the investigation.
