A school is a boarding school in the mountainous area of Xing Tang county,Hebei province.It includes students from grade four to grade six,mostly from countryside except several from the county.In 2008,to modify educational resources for full use.all the primary schools in the county were merged and at least one boarding school is existing in a village.In this case,rural boarding primary schools came into being.Holding the principle that "safety matters most",the administer groped the way and moved forward.In spite of the painstaking efforts,the efficiency of the students was rather low so that these public schools lost many students to private schools.As a teacher and a director of teaching and discipline,the writer deeply realized the great inluence of the formative education on the students.After the successful implement of the formative education,the routine management of the school became easy with less work.At the same time,the mental and physical development of students benefited a lot.The writer got to know the situation and trend of routine management and formative education by consulting plenty of materials and documents.He deeply realized that the primary education is a crucial period for students to form good action behaviors.So helping students form good positive action behaviors by repeating alternative practice in primary school is the most task in the primary education.Thus under the current rewarding quality-oriented education,combining ten-year practice experience,he summarized the education work in formative education,analyzed it.then took it into practice.He found out the deficits in education work and put forward suggestions and solutions aiming to solve the problems of routine management with the help of related theories.Considering the reality of A school,the writer discovered a sector type of routine management with a core of education to boost the implement of the routine management and provide other similar schools with the value of reference.The writer focused on the students of 5 classes from grade five in A school and analyzed the problems and causes according to the details of students' dressing,eating,living,transportation,and study.Also,he made a deep survey and an in-depth research on the background of the group,finding those students' habits has a close relation with the routine management.Take this as a breakthrough point,this article focus on the students' new habits which are divided into three aspects:personhood,works,and learning.After the tracking study for the special group and the comparison and reflection on some cases,and horizontal comparison test of the students.the writer puts forward a quantitative evaluation of students' macro behaviors and looks forward to discovering new ways of formative education which have much reference significance.According to the practice,formative education is to routine management what base fertilizers to the oil.Meanwhile,we could enhance the quality of the formative education by setting a example,creating an atmosphere,strengthening the practice and building cooperation between school,family and society.
