Flight trainees'endurance training is the manipulation of its aircraft, driving the spacecraft's flight endurance required for laying the foundation as well as pilots, astronauts was an important stage of flight endurance. Flight endurance is different from the conventional endurance, is a special kind of super-physical endurance energy reserves. Pilots drive a long flight in a small space, restricted activities, but also endure the lack of oxygen at high-altitude, low atmospheric pressure and aircraft movements for the various curves of the body load of acceleration, vibration, shake, bump, etc., if the pilot hasn't a special physical ultra-energy reserves, it can easily produce physical fatigue, he is not competent for the flight. At present, the method of increasing the flight endurance is the main use of sports, the use of long-distance running and ball sports competitions, such as aerobic trainings, the aerobic training projects to improve the pilot special cardiopulmonary function and enhance cardiovascular endurance has played a positive role. However, the pilots control the aircraft is a long period of static manual, so the flight endurance is not only reflected in cardiopulmonary endurance, but also in static muscular endurance. So far, no access to the static muscular endurance training on the flight reported that the effects of endurance training. Based on the above considerations, this study was to explore the participants on the flight to static muscle endurance training of the impact of their endurance, try to test the application to fill the gaps in research. The purposes of flight training for endurance training programs provide the basis for the formulation.In this study, I choose 50 flight trainees of the same age, the same grade, to undergo a rigorous physical examination there was no significant difference in the flight students were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, the experimental group lessons in practice an essential part of muscle strength training, the use of static muscle endurance training methods, Small muscles of the neck, upper limbs, abdomen and lower limb muscles to carry out large static endurance training, muscle strength training control group using the traditional training method for dynamic training, a 12-week experimental period. The results show that training the experimental group was better than the control group. The results reveals that static muscular endurance training can effectively improve the neck, upper limbs, abdomen and lower extremities of static muscle endurance, weight training for flight control and increase aerobic endurance and enhance the special needs of the pilot pressure to control the body's ability to with good results, so that it can effectively increase the flight endurance training. Static muscular endurance training is the core of their own to overcome the heavy weight and the use of lightweight, this to overcome their own weight and the use of lightweight heavy muscle endurance training in favor of muscle balance and also help to enhance bone strength, bone density and metabolic rate, muscle strength, improve endurance, the muscles have to improve the appearance and characteristics.
