Objective:By real-time continuous monitoring of athletes in different forms of motion dynamic changes during the vastus lateralis muscle oxygen saturation parameter, probe the relationship between oxygen saturation and muscular endurance and muscular endurance between body, provide experimental evidence for the use of muscle oxygen saturation assess muscular endurance and total body endurance. Methods:Experiment one :select 14 athletes for the study. During the experiment, first using near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) to measure muscle oxygen saturation100% of the value of the subject and the 0% value. Then use BTe force measuring system measuring changes in knee extensor strength during isokinetic flexion and extension, by varying the power of the extensor extensor endurance index is calculated, the entire testing process real-time continuous monitoring of changes in the vastus lateralis muscle oxygen saturation. Using SPSS statistical software for muscle oxygen saturation parameters associated with extensor endurance index correlation analysis.Experiment two: 29 athletes selected for the study, firstly measure muscle oxygen saturation values of 100% and 0% of the value of the subject, the test method with the experimental one. After you finish testing the value of rest for 5 minutes until the muscle oxygen saturation returned to the quiet state, and then using a linear rate of increase of exercise aerobic capacity test. Real-time continuous monitoring of the movement of breath composition changes and the vastus lateralis muscle oxygen saturation. Acquisition-related parameters of aerobic capacity and related parameters muscle oxygen saturation, then both correlation analysis. Results :(1) Block the blood flow in the process of the squat, increasing the isokinetic muscle testing process and running process, the movement at the beginning of the oxygen consumption is greater than the supply, the muscle oxygen saturationgradually decreases; As the movement to continue, oxygen supply and consumption gradually achieve balance, muscle oxygen saturation achieve lowest, after not continue to decline as the movement of,(2) To block blood flow in the process of the squat muscle oxygen saturation reaches the lowest significantly below the isokinetic muscle testing process and muscle oxygen saturation in the process of increasing run to reach the lowest,(3) To block blood flow in the process of the squat in the process of the isokinetic muscle strength test and muscle oxygen saturation low, drop, and drop rate and there exists a significant correlation between endurance index(P < 0.05), among them, blocking blood flow in the process of the squat and muscle oxygen saturation decline rate in the process of the isokinetic muscle testing and endurance index of correlation coefficient r=0.89, respectively, r=0.953,(4) The subjects’ muscle oxygen saturation value rSO2(0%), and muscle oxygen saturation value is 100% and the 0%value of differential(100%-0%)rSO2 and the rate of change(100%-100%) / 100%rSO2and there is an obvious correlation between aerobic capacity index, among them,(100%-0%)/rSO2 and exhaustion rate(Vmax) correlation coefficient r=0.852.Conclusions:(1) Blocking blood flow squat during isokinetic muscle strength during the test run and incremental process, the muscle oxygen saturation decreased and reaches a minimum value, then the motion is not as continued to decline.(2)Muscle oxygen saturation of 0% was significantly lower than in the muscle strength test and the lowest value is incremented ran to exhaustion during muscle oxygen saturation, muscle oxygen saturation and blood flow by blocking the movement of the way to get the value0% closer to 0% of the theoretical value;(3)Muscle oxygen saturation 0% The smaller the value, the greater the change in the magnitude and rate of change, the better their muscular endurance and aerobic capacity,(4)Muscle oxygen saturation can be used to assess muscle endurance and total body endurance.
