As a way of Developmental Assessment of Teachers,kinderfarten teachers'portfolio is produced from the education background of teachers to become reflection researchers.Based on the current kindergarten assessment reform reality and practice research.The research,which takes action research as orientation,has used many methods, including observation,interview,work analysis,anecdote recording,and so on.The processing and assessing strategy of the portfolio assessment are addressed.The structure of the thesis is as follow:In the first part,relevant literature is reviewed to give a brief background.Then some theoretical and practical significance that exist in the concurrent kindergarten system are analyzed.The research methods are also demonstrated at the end of this part.In the second part,the determination principle of the processing portfolio strategy is addressed.There are four principles promoting the kindergarten teachers development,referring preparing stage,,the work collecting stage,management stage,and reflected strategy.In the last part,proposed the strategy of the portfolio assessment,containig lead teacher self-appraisal,clearing the assessment purpose,formulate scientific evaluation criteria,encourage other colleagues mutual evaluation,dealing with the results of assessment reasonably.
