As the development of society, the conduct of the new curriculum reform, teacher professional development, the teachers as the main body of the implementation of the new curriculum are facing with enormous pressure and challenges. The new curriculum requires teachers to change the role to become the organizer, a guide and facilitator of the course. In order to become such a person, it is necessary to find ways to improve the capacity of course, accept the concept of the new curriculum, understanding the new curriculum for teachers. Teachers are required to reflect on, and strive to become a reflective teacher, a reflective practitioner.Now the course reflection capacity of secondary school physics teachers on the overall is not high, and the study on the course reflection ability of physics teachers is significant for the professional development of physics teacher, the courses ability of physics teachers, the development of the physics teaching theory.The research method of the study are literature research, questionnaire research, interview research, and narrative research. First of all, basing on the studies which the ability of curriculum and the reflection at home and abroad, the study analyzes and constructs the course ability structure of physics teachers. There are the pre-practice reflection, the practicing reflection, the reflection after practice; also analyzes the theoretical basis on the courses reflect ability of physics teachers. The study summaries and analyzes the perspective of reflection, the processes of reflection and the law of the development. Secondly, the study researches on the implementation of the new curriculum by survey and interviews. Also analyzes the affecting reasons on the reflection ability of physics teachers, acquires poor awareness of reflection, low levels of educational theory, the imperfect evaluating system and so on. Thirdly, the study analyzes the specific case and the impacting factors about the course reflection capacity development of physics teacher.According to the research results, the study proposes some advices.
