| As curriculum reform goes on both domestic educational theorist and teachers themselves feel the huge challenge. When the philosophy of curriculum changed, the way and the content of curriculum implementation also get a great change, which require more about the teachers'curriculum implementation ability. The executants of curriculum are teachers as well as the hinge that makes curriculum reform going smoothly is also the teacher. Teachers'curriculum implementation ability affects the success of the curriculum reform. But at present the domestic teachers'curriculum implementation ability is not very good. Therefore I tried to study the aspects of theory and practice to explore the internal structure and law of development of the teachers'curriculum implementation ability. Since the characteristics of my major,this paper mainly studies the questions about physics teachers'curriculum implementation ability to give feasible advices to advance.Firstly, the author analyzed and studied the relevant theories. According to these researches, I build the framework of teachers'curriculum execution ability. It includes three kinds of ability: cognition ability, concrete practice ability and reconsidering ability. I discussed the general law of development of curriculum implementation ability of teachers. It means that I divide it into three levels from low to high: imitation level, proficiency level and innovation level. I also discussed the factors which affect teachers'curriculum implementation ability. It includes the internal factors and external factors. Secondly, I investigated the present curriculum implementation situation by two ways: questionnaires and interviews. According to the actual situation, I analyzed the law and the factors that affect the development of teachers'curriculum implementation ability. And I amended the framework of curriculum implementation ability according to the investigation result. Moreover we did some case studies by choosing several representative physics teacher and analyzed the characteristics of teachers'curriculum implementation ability and the factors affecting it. Finally, I gave the advice based on the studies above. |
