"Class culture" is a school culture in recent years the focus of the construction of the content. Class culture of the school culture as a sub-culture has been increasingly important to educators. Class formation and development of the culture of school culture on the formation of the implementation of classroom instruction, students are essential to promote the growth effect. The purpose of this paper is the construction of class and cultural theory and practice of summary and refining, as well as on the current culture of the construction of primary school classes to sort out the many initiatives and reflect the problems found and propose solutions. On this basis, this paper, the construction of class and cultural case studies for primary classes and the cultural construction of the current problems that exist in the corresponding solutions to improve material and cultural classes in the building, acts of cultural construction, the system of cultural development and spiritual and cultural construction areas such as the existence of errors and shortcomings, and thus improve the cultural construction of primary school classes validity.This article is divided into five sections:Part I focused on the cultural construction of primary school classes of the research background, and in the theory and practice based on the analysis, to explore the significance of this research.Part II of the main cultural and related to the concept of class defined in the data analysis at home and abroad on the basis of the study in light of practice, revealing the elements of culture, class and cultural characteristics of primary school classes.Part III of organizations, mainly from the creation of classes and class activities to explore such areas as the emergence of a generation of culture, class, from students, teachers, other classes, as well as schools and cultural point of view of the functions of the class.Part IV of the literature research, case studies, experience, etc., were raised from five primary school classes of the current cultural construction problems, such as the goal of class culture is not clear, there is no manifestation of personality and culture, class activities too formal, such as the creation and analysis of existing problems.Part V of the main building from the material and cultural, behavioral and cultural development, system and cultural development, spiritual and cultural construction of the four dimensions of the current construction of primary school classes and cultural problems that exist in the corresponding solutions, and integration strategy in addressing the case to be described.
