The rapid development of globalization, talent has become one of theimportant criteria to measure the strength of a country, education is theprimary way to nurture talent. Ability to achieve the aims of education, eachstudent whether by targeted education and all round development, classroommanagement is essential. Class the basic unit of education and teaching as aschool, school education, grassroots organizations, but also the students’learning, growth environment. Class management is the most basiccomponent in the school management to do a good job of class managementschool complete their education tasks and achieve the goals of education isvery important. The operation status of the class management, directly affectsthe students’ overall health and harmonious development.In this study, observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studyof the problems in the management of primary classes. Management throughaccess to primary school classes related literature, targeted to develop thequestionnaire, aggregated over the years in teaching practice, an informalmanner to conduct extensive interviews to understand, on this basis, from themeaning of the management of primary classes, class management featuresstart to find the problems in the management of primary school classes, andexplore ways to tackle problems in the classroom management strategies.According to my cursory investigation and analysis, mainly thefollowing aspects: from a social point of view, the teacher’s office are notenthusiastic; from the point of view of school management, schools, the lackof scientific class management class management evaluation body schoolslack scientific evaluation system can not be more objective, scientificevaluation and guidance on classroom management work, but just issued the assessment targets to increase the burden of the class teacher, in-depth classinvestigation to understand the specific situation; from class managers-thelevel of teacher’s point of view, the concepts of education lags behind onlypaid attention to the management ignored the personality development ofstudents in the one-sided pursuit of scores under the baton of theexamination-oriented education; from the student’s point of view, the specificage specific psychological problems; from the level of the parents point ofview, is seriously out of line, or even contrary to family education and schooleducation, These issues directly affect the quality of education goals, but alsodirectly affect the education and teaching management. the management ofthe class naturally form across the board, unified management model, is veryunfavorable for the development of students’ physical and mental health.Class management from the three levels of optimization strategies First,levels of government and education authorities to increase investment,improve teacher and worked actively; schools should foster the developmentconcept of the right to quality education to strengthen the teacher team,establish and improve the scientific class management evaluation system tohelp the teacher to eliminate burnout, and enhance students’ mental healtheducation. Third, the teacher you want to update the concept of classroommanagement, respect for the students, the establishment of democracy andequality Ban wind, high-class cohesion,All in all, I think society, schools should change their concept ofeducation, to create a good atmosphere to classroom management, teachershould foster the concept of quality education to student-oriented, step by stepto get down to carry out class management, over time, subtle, in order fromfundamental solution to the problem of good class management.
