A Practical Study On Class Culture Construction In Class Z Of S Primary School

The class is the student's second “home”.Every parent wants their child to study and live in a good class and have a responsible head teacher.An excellent class is not only the requirements of parents,but also the pursuit of schools,head teacher and teachers.Excellent class conscious,united,head teacher and class teachers are very relaxed;poor class confusion,sloppy,head teacher and class teachers always stare,things will endless.At the root of it is the difference in class culture.However,the complexity of culture has caused problems in the construction of class culture.This study takes the S class of S primary school as the research object,collects relevant materials of class culture construction by means of observation and interview,and goes deep into the class to record the class culture about the class culture.Through the investigation,the class culture construction of the Z class from the past to the present,including the material,system,behavior and spirit,is presented,and the class culture construction of the Z class' s future material,system,behavior and spirit is considered.The Z class has carried out many efforts from the class culture construction that only completed the task in the past to the current student-centered class culture construction with the main purpose of promoting its development and growth.Under her leadership,students have a better learning and living environment,better understand the meaning of rules in life,develop better behavior habits,and are more spiritually rich.In the future,under the leadership of Mr.Zhou,Z class will surely continue to build a class culture that is more in line with the development of Class Z students,giving students a richer cultural nutrient.Education is the education of people.While educating people,it is also carrying on the inheritance and creation of culture.The construction of class culture is an important part of education.Building a good class culture will enable teachers to better manage class and improve the quality of class education.Building a good class culture will not only promote the growth of students in all aspects,but also enable them to better influence their influence under the infiltration of culture.Students can bring cultural power to those around them.
