Culture is the human culture, and it’s mark is the emerge of the humanity; we alwayslive in some certain civilization, however, our action are restrained and our development areinfluenced by the culture, the group consciousness is converted into individualconsciousness,both the group and the individual achieve their development。The class is the organic component of school, which is the family of students. The researchof class cannot be ignored if we pay close attention to the education.Class culture is the important part of school culture, and it is the growth environment ofstudents, the unconsciously influence, the software of the class management and the core andsoul of the class construction. It is an important job for the class adviser to construct the classculture. The class adviser must understand it’s connotation and it’s influence to the developmentof students, master the strategy of building it, so that all above mentioned are good forstudents’ growth.Nowadays, there are not systematic theoretical achievements about the research of the classculture, nor is the practice. The education of primary school is extremely important, but itis usually omitted. It is very important to construct the class culture of the primary school.In order to disclose the overall content of construction of class culture, systematic elaborateit’s influence and give some targeted advice to the teacher, the rest of the paper are divided asfellows:Section1is the introduction. Including the propose of the issue, the aim, significance,contents and methods of our research and some basic conceptions such as class, culture andclass culture, etc.Section2is the literature review of the class culture construction of the primary school. Some relative research is analysed, the intension,classification, function, meaning to primarystudents and the strategy of class culture are elaborated.Section3is the issue of the construction of the class culture in primary school is analyzed.The analysis is under the base of the observation and interview.Section4is the strategy of the construction of class culture in primary school, combine withauthor’s case of class management.Section5is the conclusion. The disadvantage, the further research direction and thethinking of our research is proposed.
