This thesis has triggered concentration and reflection for the teaching of art-specializedstudents in middle school based on the puzzles of mine over these years. Survey methodshave been carried out about the analysis of the present situation, calling for the strategies ofpersonalization education for art-specialized students. This research will be helpful forteachers to think deeply about art-specialized students and find out the suitable ways ofteaching them, which will make teaching more qualified and effective. It will also helpart-specialized students to get more opportunities and better stages for their talents andpractice, meeting the requirements for personal development and improving their creativity.Hopefully, art-specialized students can develop in an all-around way.This thesis is consisted of three chapters. Chapter one is introduction which begins withthe reasons for this research and literature review about personalization education in Chinaand abroad. Definition of related concepts, contents and the meaning of this research havealso been included in this part. Chapter two is aimed at finding out the problems by means ofsurvey methods. Chapter three is devoted to discussion about strategies of personalizationeducation for art-specialized students. As far as I am concerned, attention should he first paidto the lack of management in order to guarantee the implementation of personalizationeducation. Secondly, a system of courses should be set up to solve the dilemma where theart-specialized students are struggling with professional courses and other subjects likeChinese and English. Thirdly, versatile teaching methods should be taken based on thestrategies for personalization education and different levels of teaching goals. Besides,individual evaluation system will be carried out in perspective of development and difference,which not only emphasizes diversity but also gets students involved. This will surely make thepast evaluation system better and more scientific.
