Collaborative Learning Network is to promote the development of modern science and technology as a manifestation of the development of education. E-learning environment, the flexibility of time and space to promote collaboration between learners, and providing learners with a broad space for learning. General theory of network fruitful collaboration of today, our eyes fall on a specific subject area. In this paper, the network is committed to collaborative learning and teaching middle school language reading organic integration, expansion of junior high school language teaching of reading space, trying to raise the students in the network environment of reading ability, the ability to explore, collaboration capabilities and ability to collect and process information.The purpose of this study by applying communication theory to guide the curriculum and information technology and integrated design practice, in order to recognize, understand, and improve the language teaching of reading in secondary schools and provide a theoretical basis, the language of reading to do and to explore collaborative teaching model of the network, and reading for secondary school language teaching to provide a network platform for collaborative learning.To this end, this study was the secondary language to read the network focus on collaborative learning and reflection as object.
