Kindergarten teachers' teaching style is a high united system of pattern of action, which formed in the long-term practice of teaching. It's a symbol of stabilizition of teachers' personalized art of teaching. As the depth of teachers' professionalism and the development of the research of teaching theory, people have widely been paid attention to the research of kindergarten teachers' teaching style. Kindergarten teachers' full of personal teaching style embodies the creativity of teachers' labor, it is an important means to culture children' good personality, it is also an important milestone of teachers professional development.But it's not optimistic to summarise the present research situation of kindergarten teachers' teaching style and there are very few systemic discussion and research on it. People are blindly eager for the teachers' acceptance of some new teaching plan or curriculum pattern, or the learning of teaching method of some excellent teachers, rather than explore whether such "plan" " pattern" or "method" fit teachers' self-conditions and their teaching characteristics. And these factors go against the formation of kindergarten teachers' teaching styles.The author adopted literature research method, questionnaire method, interview method and as such, reviewed the concept definition, classification and influencing factors. The author made thorough analysis of kindergarten teachers' teaching style and the related influencing factors. The conclusion drawn by this research are as follows:1. Kindergarten teachers' teaching style has significant tendency: inclined to global, liberal, legislative, judicial, not inclined to local, conservative, executive.2. It affected kindergarten teachers' teaching styles in teaching age, professional title, outstanding teacher title: teachers with differernt teaching age had significant differences on local, liberal, legislative, executive;teachers' professional title influence global, local, liberal, executive;outstanding teachers and general teachers had significant differences on global and executive.3. There are no differences of teaching styles in differert educational background and the degree of kindergarten.4. Teachers' personality can affect their some teaching styles to a certain extent:global, liberal, legislative and judicial have significant relevance to some personality traits; local, conservative and executive have on significant relevance to one's personality traits.According to this, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
