Teaching style is not only the externalization of teachers' teaching spirit,but also the way for teachers to realize teaching art.The formation of teachers' personalized teaching style can not only reflect their own teaching ability,but also promote the improvement of teaching efficiency and educational quality.Excellent teachers are committed to the pursuit of personalized and suitable teaching style.As a specific group of teachers,kindergarten teachers should actively form personalized and suitable teaching style.Due to the increasing demand of kindergarten teachers,preschool teachers of non preschool education are also entering the kindergarten.The personalized teaching style of preschool teachers with different professional backgrounds can also add color to the kindergarten teaching.This paper adopts the narrative research method of qualitative research.The research object is Xiao,a kindergarten teacher of children's art education who is not a preschool education major in a provincial demonstration park.Through open interview and semi open interview,we canunderstand the story of his teaching style and observe his art collective teaching activities,and deeply study the art of the kindergarten teacher who has been teaching for 12 years teaching style,trying to analyze the characteristics of its art teaching style,trace back the formation process of art teaching style and the relevant conditions that affect its formation,draw inspiration and thinking on preschool teachers' art education concept,teachers' quality and professional development.This study will focus on the grasp of the current situation of the formation of teachers' art on the teaching style.This study consists of five chapters.The first chapter mainly focuses on the three main aspects of “teaching style”,“kindergarten teacher teaching style” and “non preschool education professional preschool teachers”,to clarify the relevant concepts and meanings,and lay a solid theoretical foundation for the research.The second,third and fourth chapters respectively narrate the general characteristics of Xiao's art teaching style,the process of the formation of art teaching style and the conditions needed for the formation of art teaching style.The fifth chapter is the inspiration of Xiao's art teaching style to teachers' professionaldevelopment,which provides practical thinking and reference for the formation of kindergarten teachers' teaching style,the organization of art education and teaching activities,and the professional development of preschool teachers with different professional backgrounds.This study is situational,realistic and subjective.The researcher hopes that through the teaching style story of the research object,they can reproduce the teaching life scene of Mr.Xiao as much as possible,interpret the unique and vivid inner world of Mr.Xiao,and get some insights and inspiration from it.
