The development of students' creative capability is one of the main objectives of education.Teachers are the direct organizers and practicers on this goal.Therefore,they play an important role in strengthening students' creative capacity.However,in survey of primary and secondary school teachers' creativity view and related classroom teaching behavior,we found that teachers have an appropriate view on creativity,but there still have a long distance to the scientific,comprehensive creativity view.A large number of teachers are unconscious or confused on how to achieve teaching goal,as well as to cultivate creativity in regular classroom,and especially teachers have little idea about the creativity foresting strategies that were proved efficient.In view of this,we need to understand the acquisition channels of primary and secondary school teachers on creativity view.Identifying this could demonstrate the correct way and direction for establishing teachers' comprehensive,correct creativity view,as well as teacher training on teacher' creativity view.In addition,the research on creativity view can not always stay in the investigation and discovery phase;we must identify ways of improving teachers' inappropriate creativity view and teaching behavior, which is the teacher training.Training is to provide practical guidance and help on improving teachers' awareness of creativity and teaching behavior,as well as providing feasible recommendation on teachers' professional growth.This study is divided into two parts.The first part is investigating 405 primary and secondary school teachers' acquisition channels on creativity view,using the questionnaire about primary and secondary school teachers' acquisition channel on creativity view.And the teachers are distributed in eastern,central and western.The conclusions are as follows:1,Primary and secondary school teachers' acquisition channel on creativity view are mainly through teaching practice,are least through systemic learning.Concretely,self-perception,studying by do-it-self and electronic media are the most popular ways,but learning in primary and middle school,family education, learning in normal university are the least popular ways.2,There is some difference between teachers' grade,qualifications and duties on acquisition channel. The second part contrasts both result of before and after training on teachers' creativity view and teaching behavior.The results from 6 teachers from Zhuji experimental school in Zhejiang province are that:1,Training for teachers can improve teachers' inappropriate creativity view in general,including creativity element view and creativity student view.2,Training for Teachers could improve teachers' teaching behavior,including flexibility,problem and setback,that is enabling teacher encourage student's flexible thinking more,taking student's problems seriously and helping teacher deal with failure and frustration.3,training has little help in improving creativity characteristics view and the independence,integrity,motivation,judge,evaluation, opportunity in teaching behavior.
