Children, who take systematic music education at their elementary and high schools, would be able to exploit their creational subconscious to the utmost. Educators among the basic music education circles are watching with great interest the value that reflects from the elementary and high schools music education, especially those educators from developed countries. In particular, the music education in USA puts a great premium on music education oriented by creation cultivation. The music education in USA is always open to accept good ideas from all over the world, such as "Austria you teaching methods","Kodak his teaching methods ","Bell made of wood teaching methods " . Gradually, given the open atmosphere and the state of its own music education, the American music education finally comes into being. So far as China's music education concerned, we can certainly found our own music education mode like what American once did. China's music education will take a brand new look of vigor and vitality following these innovative concepts.Then, how to develope students' creativity during their primary and middle school education period?
