The Research On Internationalization Of Teaching Staff Of Top-grade Universities

Internationalization of Higher Education is one of the trends of the world education development in the 21st century, it is not only a hot topic of the higher education research but also more and more is being paid attention to in all over the world. Hence, internationalization of the teaching staff as the core of the internationalization of higher education is not only the common feature of the world top-grade universities also the fundamental guarantee of building world top-grade universities in our country.Therefore, internationalization of the teaching staff of top-grade universities is studied in this paper. The first part studies and reviews the research results at home and abroad and put forward ideas in this paper study and research methods. The second part is the internationalization definition of related concepts. The third part mainly analyzes the connection both internationalization of the teaching staff and the construction top-grade universities in our country. The fourth part studies internationalization of the teaching staff of top-grade universities of the development history, and analyzes the status quo, problems and causes of internationalization of the teaching staff of top-grade universities. The fifth Part studies the measures taken and experience of the United States, Japan and Australia to promote the internationalization of the University. The sixth Part, in front on the basis, some measures and suggestion should be taken to promote the level of internationalization of teaching staff in our country.
