With the development of science and education, people believe that it can rejuvenate the nation. At the same time, higher education has become the important prop of the science and technology progress and economic development in our country. Nowadays, higher education has took on many kinds of tendency, such as popular development, multiples ways of running a school, marketable pattern of running a school, international ways of running a school and information-based methods of running a school. The private higher education plays an important role as an essential supplement in our country. It meets social multiple education demands and makes use of educational resources efficiently. In addition, it increases the education investment and provides the talents. To some extent, the private higher education faces many challenges. The teaching quality, school characteristics, localization, teaching research and daily management mechanism all have adversely affected the development of private higher education, especially, the construction of teaching staffs has become the most difficult problem in our country. Hence, all the people pay attach importance to the problem. To some extent, this essay will give brief introduction of it.This essay mainly discusses this phenomenon of private higher universities in Chang Chun city, and the survey mainly pays attention to this region. However, there are few private higher universities here, so the author has collected some information by documents in the rest of the country. By doing some research, the author finds that our private higher education has achieved high level and has become important part of our private higher education. But teachers in these universities have a bad effect on the development of higher universities, such as different teachers'ages, low stabilization, great pressure in working and in psychology. In the author's mind, people must pay attention to the teachers'introduction and management in order to change this kind of situation. People often neglect the private education's characteristics and take it as corporation. The government can't deal with the teachers'relationships between higher universities and private higher universities. In addition, the teachers'attitudes bring about some difficulties. In a word, the author tries to put forward some measures. Firstly, the universities improve the structure of teaching staff. Secondly, they must set up a concept of serving for teachers and the government must strengthen the management to teachers. At last, the universities should reinforce their management and improve the quality of teaching staff in order to construct an excellent teaching staff.
