Teaching self-evaluation is a fundamental of aspect of day-to-day management of schools .In recent years, along with the developing of the new curriculum and teacher professional, teaching self-evaluation is payed more and more attention. Traditionally, teachers have been evaluated by others, but teachers have not the evaluation right as the medium of instruction. Teaching self-evaluation of teaching is in favor of self-improvement and teacher professional. Teaching self-evaluation is embodied in the main body of the status of teachers to upgrade, improve the teaching level of teachers are a fundamental way.In this paper, I investigated the situation of primary school and middle school teaching self-evaluation in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. According to the results of the survey we know that the level of self-evaluation in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is not high, the primary and secondary school teachers has not more knowledge of teaching self-assessment, the school of primary and secondary has not pay more attention to the teaching self-assessment, the vast majority of schools do not formulate teaching self-assessment standards. According to the situation of survey in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, I think there has some strategies to improve and enhance primary and secondary school teachers teaching self-evaluation.First of all, a correct evaluation concept is very important. Secondly, self-assessment training is necessary. Thirdly, teachers build a developmental framework for self-evaluation. Finally, we should promote the guidance and action of expert research. Through the above-mentioned strategies for the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, we hope promote the level of theoretical and practical of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
