Social development of contemporary China, the cultural conflict is in focus. Because contemporary informationization, globalization and science and technology and the advantages of the original leoni is possessed of western culture, The 21st century is the Chinese social development and the cultural development sharpened challenge. The first challenges is in capitalist culture background, how to adhere to the socialist cultural development direction. The second challenge is under the impact of western culture in, how can he inherited and carry forward the Chinese nation's traditional. The third challenges is in the global culture highly competitive, conflict under the background of the global development, how can pursue the trend, narrow the gap between China and the world culture. Mathematics has been formed modern culture and the culture extremely important factors. It is based on the need of culture, the research mainly divided into the following five parts:The first chapter, the introduction. Through the study of the main contents, purpose and meaning, the subject and the research background, research methods and the innovation, expounds the analysis of the main content: in this paper, on the basis of the previous studies of mathematical culture, history and the relationship between mathematics education is discussed in this paper.The second chapter, culture and mathematical culture.
