This paper introduced that mathematics education problem:Why are our schools not always cultivate outstanding talents? Then provoke thinking-is the way our education problems, or the content of our teaching problems? Further shows that the Chinese education has its own advantages: emphasis on "two basics" (basic knowledge and basic skills) and "meaningful learning" (variant of teaching); the same time, focus on creative ability of students. Mathematics cultural education is particularly important to a national development, and all countries have pay attention to it. The new round of curriculum reform in China, also clearly the mathematical cultural education, and use it as an important component of mathematics education.Mathematical culture defined from the cultural perspective more, culture is created by human beings of all the sum of material and spiritual civilization, so that given the nature of all human and non-human creation is not culture.
