Mathematics is an integral and important part of human culture."The basic ideais one of high school mathematics curriculum standards " has made it clear thecourses should reflect the cultural value of mathematics, and put forward specificrequirements. This would mean that the mathematical culture from a course conceptto reality, into the high school classroom teaching to enable students to experience thecultural value of mathematics.This article by "the ordinary high school math course standard", constructivism,behaviorism and main body education theory as guidance, the teachers’ practice ofmathematical culture education and school students mathematical culture knowledgefor investigation and analysis. In view of present, puts forward the implementing thenew standard of mathematical culture education in the measures and methods.First ofall, the most important is the history of mathematics in the classrooms. Because in thehigh school mathematics teaching and no single set "mathematical culture" this course,it mainly through the mathematical content and the history of mathematics to manifest,we can see that the content of the mathematics "culture" half and the history ofmathematics, so the history of mathematics became the most important mathematicalculture education is also the most efficient way. Secondly, we learn mathematics goalis for better in mathematics, the present mathematics culture application value moreand more apparent, raises the student mathematics application consciousness hasbecome a math teaching a unshirkable responsibility. So by using math to solvepractical problems in life will be better penetration of mathematical culture education.Finally, the mathematical thoughts are of mathematical culture soul, through thestudents learn to use mathematical way of thinking to hold more importantmathematical culture.Theory need to practice to support. Through the survey two high schoolmathematics teacher for the new standard of mathematical culture in the concept of mathematics education and culture of specific implementation analysis, and find thatthere are some problems, but also timely given the reasonable Suggestions.
