| Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is employee behaviors that go beyond role requirements and facilitate organizational functioning. Managers pay more and more attention on OCBs. The scholar defined the teachers' organizational citizenship behavior directly form the organizational citizenship behavior. It's explained that the teacher planed a role beyond the job and willing to help the students and colleagues. The research showed that the teachers' organizational citizenship behavior is important in school. It can only improve the school efficacy, but also reduced the job requirements of the manager.Generally, it has been noted that Organizational Citizenship Behavior may increase organizational performance.This study inquired into the state of the teachers' organizational citizenship behavior and the relatonship between the teachers' organizationnal citizenship bahavior and the value. 356 middle school teachers were measured by the teachers' organizational citizenship behavior quesetionnaire and value quesetionnaire in middle school. The main results as follows:(1)Shool types, religion, educational background, grade, the income were the effective predicative background variables of teachers' organizational citizenship behavior.(2)There were no significant differences of the teachers' orgnazitional citizenship behavior in head teacher, sex.(3)There were no significant differences of the teachers' value in head teacher, sex and religion.(4)Shool types, teaching time, educational background, grade, income were the effective predicative background variables of teachers' value. (5)There were significant positive correlation between the teachers' orgnazational citizenship behavior and the value.(6)The seviral factors of the value were the effective predictors of the teachers' organizational behavior.The limitations of this study were discussed at the end of the dissertation, and point out the orientation of the researeh in Psychological contract.
