Practical Exploration And Research On The School Mode Of Junior Military Academy

In the background of full implementatiom of quality education and active exploratiom into innovative education , school characteristics promote , enrich and perfect quality education . Diversification and personalization in basic education school are inherent law of school reform and development.The pursuit and formation of school characteristics has become a trend in today's world . Junior military academy as the carrier of the implementation of quality education in the new situation reflects its unique advantages , but also exposes its shortcomings and problems that are worth social concern. However , because there is no fixed mode for junior military in the world , and there are different aims for school ,our country is also a lack of junior military academy mode research. there are lots of problems that are worth considering . This article from the Military Academy Steel experiment mode of some specific issues, the proposed military academy to improve the experimental mode of concrete measures on steel experimental military academy education reform and development with strong practical significance and value.By analysing and re-understanding the present situation of both Bao Gang Junior Military Academy and junior military academy in other countries,I find out many problems during my survey and interview , such as : the lack of scientific and institutionalized management in the course of combination of basic education and the mode of junior military academy ; the restriction of students' personality development ; absence of innovation in school mode ; shortage of fund and so on , so it has lost its past halo and it affects the school's growth . By combining my teaching and management in practice as well as survey on some junior military academy , I make careful and deep consideration for the future development of junior military academy .for example, to strengthen the team building, implementation of modern management, remain their characteristics, enrich study contents and form , set up a scientific evaluation system .I hope that this article must give similar School of referential significance, but also would like to work with fellow peers , to discuss and further promote the health of junior military academy sustainable development.
