Empirical Research On The Military Academy Graduates' Values In Social Transformation Period

The problem of graduates' values has always been an important part of idea logical education in the military universities. Which has something to do with the characteristics of the graduates and how to accomplish the goal. The paper focuses on researches the current situation and features of the gratuates' values when China experiences the social transformation as well as the main factors which affect their formation and development. through the investigation and analysis of the values, then put forword some constructive suggestions of the graduates' values education in the military universities.The paper is comprised of five parts including theory interpret,practical study,causation analyse and countermeasures: the first part unscrambles the theory of social transformation and values in virtue of some basic reseach which illustrates the definition, cultural essence and features. In the second part, I design the questionnaire, select and analyze the sample according the research, and then draw the conclusion,summarises the present situation and characteristics of the graduates' values including live values,political values,moral values,vocational values,knowledgal values;The third analyzes the main factors which affect the values. At last,I considers that We should strengthen the education of graduates' values in military school through the following aspects: educational idea;educational principle;educational system;educational content;educational approach;educational contingent.
