The learning difficulties lying in basic education is always slowing down the development of education and lowering the efficiency of educational functions, furthermore, leading to some social problems probably. Therefore, the solution to the problem is drawing increasingly attention due to the fact that it is a critical access to a high quality of education for instructors to relieve the problem. The difficulties in learning math are especially light-spotted.At present, most studies have been carried out in the field of compulsory ten-year schooling with few on senior math, even fewer focused on emotional factors. Newly reformed curriculum in math puts high premium on students' motivation and attitude to be inspired and abilities of whole-life to be developed. Emotional objectives, which used to be neglected compared with the ones of acknowledgement, actually are essential factors in math learning and experiencing activities. In a word, being perfectly clear of students' present situation in mind and its related factors is the job for us senior math teacher to follow the spirit of math reform by achieving these emotional objectives mentioned above eventually.Based on these arguments and years of teaching experience, a set of research work has been carried out to get students with math learning difficulties motivated emotionally in the process of participating a series of math learning and experiencing activities. These emotional characteristics in the consideration after quantities of investment and analysis are following: laziness, lack of interest, sense of inferiority, discouragement, anxiousness, fragility, unwillingness, lack of developing sentiment, lack of experience of success and improper causes of achievement. A series of strategies have been fixed based on the analysis of these factors from individual, family, school and society. The conclusion is that if more attention is paid on students with math learning difficulties and more effective means are adopted to upgrade their motivation, these students' capabilities and scores are sure to be improved and their attitude to learn math are sure to be clarified and determined. Besides, this research also served as referring materials for senior math teachers to improve their work by prompt their students' learning motivation as well as capabilities to explore unknown world in the field of math.
