The performance management is a core in a school human resource management. The performance management carried out right in a school is very useful to improve the education, evaluate the teachers correctly and improve the teacher's performance, even determine the wages and bonus. The teacher's performance evaluation is very important, because the quality of teacher is a decision factor of educational quality. But the system of teachers' performance evaluation in China hasn't consummated. To some extent, it impedes the professional development of teachers.This article studies on the performance evaluation in Dalian S School. Firstly, the author introduces the theory related to this article, including the performance evaluation, KPI and 360-degree feedback. To keep performance evaluation objective and right, the 360-feedback is a good way. Secondly, she introduces the Dalian S School status, analyzes the characters and defects of the school's performance evaluation system. Thirdly, she studies performance management theories of oversea schools. Then in theory and fact way, she made performance plan, established the content and criterion of performance evaluating etc. At last the thesis discussed how to carry out the system of performance evaluation in Dalian S School fluently.
