Performance appraisal is the method used by most units in the contemporary society to evaluate employee performance.At present,most of the private universities in China pay more attention to teacher performance appraisal,and developed the corresponding assessment programs and assessment measures,but there are still a number of drawbacks,such as: the lack of effective guidance,the establishment of unscientific index system Wait.Private colleges and universities as the training of talent and the cradle of innovative knowledge,teaching quality determines the quality of students,private university teachers are the key to private education.How to gradually explore a set of effective and suitable for private university teachers' performance appraisal system is an important research topic in the field of teacher management of private universities in China at this stage.From the perspective of project management,this paper studies the performance appraisal system of H college.First of all,it analyzes the current situation of the evaluation system of the H college,including the introduction of the H college,and then expounds the problems existing in the evaluation,and then analyzes the causes of the problems.Then,Finally,the security measures of the evaluation system are expounded,the monitoring of the implementation process,the announcement of the examination results and feedback,the formation of closed-loop,continuous improvement,and constantly improve the performance appraisal system,the performance evaluation system,the evaluation system,and so on.
