Since the early 1990 s,our country the construction of teachers incentives of private education training school after years of thinking and exploration,has achieved fruitful results,but there are still many defects and need to be perfect place,including performance indicators to determine is scientific,assessment content is not comprehensive,lack of scientific evaluation method,etc.,these problems become a bottleneck of the development of private schools.The quality and stability of the teaching staff is the key step to realize the development goal of private training schools and improve the comprehensive ability of institutions.This study takes this as the starting point and hopes to play a role in improving the teacher performance evaluation mechanism of private education institutions in China.Based on in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign literature,this paper expounds and reviews the related theories of performance and performance evaluation,and summarizes and analyzes the existing performance evaluation methods.Using factor analysis method to select and classify the performance indicators,and finally establish the performance evaluation index system for teachers in private training schools.Using fuzzy theory and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a fuzzy hierarchy evaluation model for performance evaluation of teachers in private schools is established.Using the established index system and evaluation model,the performance evaluation system of teachers in N private teaching institutions is improved,and the performance evaluation effect before and after improvement is compared.After comparison,it was found that the results of improved performance appraisal were significantly higher than before.From the comparison of good results,it can be seen that the improved theory,model and method can provide guidance for the optimization of the performance evaluation system of private education institutions,which is of positive significance to the improvement of performance management level of private education institutions.
