The Study On The Harmonious Development Of Our Country's Population And Regional Economic

Population is a key factor in the process of regional economy development. The development of the population can promote regional economy development, but also could become a bottleneck restricting economic development. Population contains a wide range of content, include population size, quality, structure, distribution and migration, as well as the relationship between resources and the environment and other factors, showing a characteristic of pluralism and diversity, therefore, different population factors impacted on the economy development in different regions are divided into primary and secondary. Stage and condition of economic development determines the development of population, it not only can promote the development of the population, but also is able to restrain the development of the population.The basic content of scientific concept of development generalize for "Persistence make people the center, establishing comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept, the promotion of economy society and person all-round development ". Therefore, effectively solve the coordination of population and regional economic development is the fundamental requirements to fully implement the scientific concept of development, as well as to provide a reference for government establishing reasonable exactitude of the population and economic policy.By reading an abundance of information on population and economic literature,and in accordance with the status quo and existing problems of population and economic development in our country, established the two systems of population and the regional economic. Used the research methods of Combining with the qualitative and quantitative analysis, and applied principal component analysis to the comprehensive evaluation study of population and regional economic development, to provide a quantitative basis of population and regional economic coordinated development of the comprehensive evaluation. On this basis, coordination degree and harmonious development level of model proposed by re-Bin Liao is used. for quantitative evaluation of our country population and regional economic coordinated development and the level of coordination. Then get evaluation result, the different categories about coordinated development of our country's population and regional economic is divided into three types. At last, targeted Suggestions is put forward which accords to the population and economic development of the different conditions in our country's different regions. The results show that: (1)The coordinated development mechanism of our country's population and regional economic system is complex, our country's population system and the regional economic development system is closely related and constraints to each other.(2)The level of harmonious development about our country's population and regional economy lies in the obvious district difference. The level of moderate development about population and regional economy in the wide scope of east about our country is universally higher than medium and west region.(3)In 31 province(direct jurisdiction city, autonomous region) of the our country(Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan excepted),only Shanghai, Peking, Tianjin, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Fukien, Shanxi, Shanxi, Hebei, Xinjiang, Chongqing, this 17 regions population and regional economy harmonious development type belong to moderate development type, among them only Shanghai, Peking, Tianjin this 3 region belong to a moderate development type of superior quality; Sichuan, Hunan, Guangdong, Henan, Ningxia, Qinghai, Jiangxi, Gansu, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hainan, Anhui, Yunnan, Tibet this 14 regions population and regional economy harmonious development type belong to transition and don't moderate development type, among them Yunnan, Tibet this 2 region don't belong to extreme moderate development type. So, in a word, the harmonious development level of our country's population and regional economy is still not high.
