Function Of Moral Education Of Counselors In University Education

The essence of the spirit of university education is not only educating their students to learn some professional knowledge, but also including of intelligence level to enhance the spiritual realm, and then to be a moral person. The main functions of university ideological and political counselors just mean that. This thesis will give a scientific orientation of university counselors.So, firstly, the thesis will give a historical research on counselors'functions, review the historical evolution of the function and then give an accurate substance position of university education——moral education. Secondly, the thesis will give a present situation research on counselors'function of moral education. It will make a survey, collate and analyze the results of the survey data, and then from the analysis of survey results on stability problem of counselors, the level and structure of counselors, the work points of counselors, the job capacity of counselors and professional identity of counselors, it will be easily known that moral education function of counselors missed seriously. Thirdly, this thesis focus on the causes of the main problems, which are bias on Counselors'roles, uneven qualities of the instructors, multiplicity of the management system, old methods on ideological and political education, ambiguous of the prospects and career development of counselors and job burnout of university counselors. Finally, the thesis will give the scientific countermeasures of these problems. The countermeasures would locate a correct role of the university counselors, raise the ideological and political quality of counselors, optimize the management system of counselors, innovate methods of counselors'education, establish a scientific prospect and career of counselors and Effectively overcome job burnout of university counselors.
