From the counselor’s appointment system starting in Shaanxi Province 17 university recruitment counselor for nearly three years to investigate and statistical information, combined with their own experience and the number of times from recruitment, recruitment name and scope of gender and age recruitment, hiring qualifications and political landscape requirements, recruitment requirements of professional and relevant work experience analysis, recruitment publication, study and employment aspects of the way six college counselors appointed to summarize and analyze the status quo. According to this analysis of the status quo of college recruiting 17 raised a number of issues that exist in the recruitment counselor, counselor recruitment mechanism finally build practical advice based on data analysis and extensive literature research.My paper have five parts, the first part is about the introduction, the main meaning is proposed recruitment counselors rather awkward now, there are many problems; explained the purpose and significance of this paper, literature review, research process and research methods. The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis and in accordance with the relevant policies:This paper describes the concept of counselors, focusing on lists "University Counselors provisions " job requirements for counselors, duties, with counselors, training and management and other aspects of the relevant policies, on the back of proposed scientific counselor recruitment mechanism provides a policy basis. The third chapter counselor for nearly 17 years of college recruiting information, Shaanxi Province, focuses on the number of recruits, age, education, relevant aspects of work experience and professional knowledge, from school level to see include subordinate 985,211 Engineering University,211 provincial university, provincial key university, regular undergraduate college; from the school, including a comprehensive look at the nature of the class, science and engineering, teacher, art, finance and economics, medicine, agriculture and forestry, and language classes, compared with a representative. The fourth chapter is to analyze the current situation based on the results of the third chapter summarizes the counselor recruitment process problems are 1) the number and size of the uneven distribution of recruitment; 2) the lack of a standardized recruitment name; 3) the recruitment of sex and age discrimination; 4) recruiting high degree; 5) hiring professional requirements desalination; 6) Investigation and hiring mode is not transparent. The fifth chapter presents the problems according to the recommendations in the previous chapter, the development of scientific counselors selection criteria, recruitment counselors to improve programs to strengthen the relevant system, improve the counselor selection mechanism, should be done to strengthen external oversight, the establishment of hiring counselors professional team, to establish a scientific and efficient selection exam, perfect security system and strengthen the publicity counselor.
